THE FOOD

We take great care to ensure that all the food is prepared, cooked and served to the highest possible standard. We bring our combined knowledge and experience to the table, with truly authentic Western, Middle Eastern, Indian and Chinese delicacies, as well as home baked cakes, breads, pies, desserts and Jams.

We have a full North Indian menu, in addition to a wide range of specialties from around the world. Both vegetarian and non vegetarian food is served.

Wherever possible our own homegrown organic vegetables, fruits and salads are used. We have homegrown fruit throughout the summer, with strawberries being the most popular. The restaurant is open between 7am-10pm.

Strawberry Garden Restaurant is also open to outside customers by reservation only.

Below are some of the dishes which will be on our menu this year.

• Hommous and Falafel with homebaked bread and salad.
• Pasta with a creamy tomato sauce with olives and cheese.
• Spagetti Bolgnese.
• Shepherds Pie.
• Fish Pie .
• Rainbow Trout cooked with herbs, lemon juice and olive oil, with roast potatoes and salad.
• Sticky Roast Chicken with roast or mashed potatoes and salad.
• Chocolate Brownies – Crème Caramel – Blackberry and Apple Crumble – Apple Pie Fresh Strawberries dipped in chocolate.

We also serve Herbal Teas prepared from our own organic herbs.
